The code of ethics of O.VA.S. srl
The code of ethics aims to ensures that the management of the company is inspired by criteria and behaviours based on correctness, fairness, honesty and unconditional respect for the laws and regulations in force. Furthermore, this promotes the values underlying sustainable development and care for the environment.
In order to ensure fairness and transparency in leading business and corporate activities, as well as to protect the position and its image, the expectations of its stakeholders and the work of its employees, O.VA.S. has adopted and implemented its own model of organization, management and control in accordance with Legislative Decree No. 231 of June 8, 2001.
The Model was drafted by keeping into consideration, in addition to the requirements of the Decree and its subsequent amendments, the guidelines developed on the subject by Confindustria.
The Model is updated over time by the Company, which has assigned the task of verifying compliance and adequacy to a Supervisory Board with the requirements of autonomy, independence, professionalism and continuity of action.

European fund
In 2023, O.VA.S. srl introduced two machines into its fleet that it was able to purchase thanks to a European fund. The two machines are the following: the NHP 6300 multi-pallet machining centre and the SMX 3100 turning centre. The first allows high performance and high rates of material removal, while the second guarantees stability and precision.
Sustainability
O.VA.S. srl is committed to combining attention to the environment with the proposed offer. For this reason, it uses a 310 kW photovoltaic installation that meets 30% of the company’s energy consumption, while it purchases energy produced by hydroelectric and wind power plants for the remaining part. Furthermore, it disposes of the waste produced in accordance with the regulations in force.
